Sales Tax: All orders delivered to New York will have applicable sales tax added to your order during checkout.

All "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" orders will be sent either by US Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If you have a preference for shipping type, please note in the Comments Section during checkout.

Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 5-10 business days.

On progressive or polarized lenses, please allow at least 2-3 extra days. We must look carefully at the measurements and the lens has to be surfaced (built from scratch).

RETURNS

We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, unembroidered and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Silver Lining Apparel strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • All returns will be at the customer's expense.

  • Embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Order number and reason for return must be included with garments in the return package.
  • Garments damaged due to manufacturers defect may be exchanged.
  • Any worn garment being returned for construction or fabric failure must be cleaned prior to completing the return process.
  • Altered or embellished garments are not returnable. No returns will be accepted on discontinued or final sale products.
