All order are processed and shipped Monday through Friday

All "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" orders will be sent either by US Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If you have a preference for shipping type, please note in the Comments Section during checkout.

Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 5-10 business days.

On all orders over $100

We currently do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Should you wish to return any item please advise our Customer Services Department at 352-462-3200. We can then advise you of the correct procedure.

Please note that any returned items should be in perfect condition totally unmarked as they were received. All products have to be returned with ALL original packaging, tags, and stickers. We will NOT accept returns on used items.

Order that are returned may have a restocking fee. Any exchange will not have any fees. The return shipping must be paid by you.

If you need to cancel an order immediately (prior to it being shipped) please call us at 352-462-3200.

Damaged or Missing Materials

Please notify Last Cast LLC immediately upon receipt of materials if you received damaged or missing merchandise. Damaged or missing materials will NOT be replaced if notification is not received within 1 week of the delivery date.

RETURNS

We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, unembroidered and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Silver Lining Apparel strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • All returns will be at the customer's expense.

  • Embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Order number and reason for return must be included with garments in the return package.
  • Garments damaged due to manufacturers defect may be exchanged.
  • Any worn garment being returned for construction or fabric failure must be cleaned prior to completing the return process.
  • Altered or embellished garments are not returnable. No returns will be accepted on discontinued or final sale products.
