Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your frames.  All returns must be received in the original packaging and in the same condition.

How to Return an Item

We can then advise you of the correct procedure. Please note that any returned items should be in perfect condition and totally unmarked.  Any exchange will not have any fees. The return shipping must be paid by you. 
All Deal of the Day purchases are final, NO RETURNS!

Prescription Returns
Are Not Refundable

If this item is purchased with prescription lenses it will be classed as tailor made and therefore will not be returned for a refund.

However we will refund the cost of the frame.

If you believe that your prescription lenses were incorrectly produced in our lab, we will correct them at no additional cost to you.

RETURNS

We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, unembroidered and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Silver Lining Apparel strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • All returns will be at the customer's expense.

  • Embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Order number and reason for return must be included with garments in the return package.
  • Garments damaged due to manufacturers defect may be exchanged.
  • Any worn garment being returned for construction or fabric failure must be cleaned prior to completing the return process.
  • Altered or embellished garments are not returnable. No returns will be accepted on discontinued or final sale products.
